It does not cover the websites we build and operate for clients (those are governed by each client's own privacy policy), other websites we link to, or information collected offline.

Form submissions reach us as email, delivered to our inbox. If a form can't submit, it opens a pre-filled message in your own email app instead — nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Our forms also include a hidden field that only automated spam bots fill in; it contains no information about you.
That's it. This site has no user accounts, no logins, no comments, no payments, and no newsletter signup.
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool. It counts page views and tells us things like which pages are popular, what country visits come from, and what device types people use — as aggregate numbers. It does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. Visits are counted using a temporary anonymized identifier that is discarded and cannot be traced back to you.
This site does not set cookies. It also doesn't use browser local storage, web beacons, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or session recording. That's why you don't see a cookie banner here — there's nothing to ask consent for.
We do not use your information for third-party marketing, advertising, or profiling, and we don't send marketing email. If we ever launch a newsletter, it will be strictly opt-in, and every issue will include an unsubscribe link.

As an agency, we work inside our clients' platforms — NationBuilder nations, email tools, ad accounts — which contain personal information about their supporters, members, and donors. That data belongs to our clients and is governed by our agreements with them and by their privacy policies, not this one. We access it only to do the work we've been hired to do, on our clients' instructions, and we never use one client's data for another client or for ourselves.
We never rent or sell your personal information. We share it only:
Messages you send us are kept as ordinary business correspondence — for as long as we're talking, working together, or reasonably might again, and as long as the law requires. If you'd like your messages deleted, ask (see section 11) and we'll delete them unless we're legally required to keep them.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS, form submissions travel encrypted, and we work with established providers with strong security track records. Our best security measure, though, is the simplest one: we collect very little, so there's very little to lose. That said, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may also have statutory rights — for example under Canada's PIPEDA, the EU/UK GDPR, or California's CCPA — including rights to access, correction, deletion, and complaint to a supervisory authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
This is a business website, not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Our website and email providers are based in the United States, so information you send us is processed and stored there, where data-protection laws may differ from your country's. By using the site or contacting us, you understand your information will be handled in the US as described in this policy.
If we change how this site handles data — say, we add a newsletter — we'll update this policy and the date at the top before the change takes effect. Meaningful changes will be flagged on this page.
