Products and services owned or provided by Van City Studios shall not be used by individuals, campaigns or organisations that:

• Discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, gender, or sexual orientation;
• Engage in or promote hatred, harassment, cyberbullying, or violence;
• Infringe on the Universal Human Rights of any individual or group;
• Contravene the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples;
• Deny the existence of man-made climate change;
• Support or promote investment in or the expansion of the fossil fuel industry without meaningful and significant progress towards decarbonization and a Just Transition;
• Deny or diminish the reproductive rights to any individual or group;
• Promote or engage in arms trafficking, relaxation of gun control, or the right to own assault style weapons;
• Deliberately spread misinformation or promote pseudoscience;
• Promote or engage in, directly or indirectly, human trafficking and/or forced labor;
• Oppose democracy and accountable governance;

If we become aware that your use of any products or services provided by Van City Studios contravenes any of the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to and any license you may have to use said products or services without notice or refund.
